Bee.Vision
Bee.Vision is an analytical and decision tool for decision makers. Its responds to their needs of exploring customer survey data intuitively and more or less in depth, of checking their intuition about potentialities, of developing and simulating solution scenarios.
Bee.Vision works with any data file, coming from Mbee.M internal or external surveys, or from other sources (other surveys, company databases).
Bee.Vision offers 3 level of function :
- Explore: Who are these customers ? What do they think ?
- Analyze: What are the levers of satisfaction / dissatisfaction ? What are the priority actions for each customer segment ?
- Decide: What is the impact of possible solutions ?
User finds easily his way to drill down in the forest of customer perceptions and finally pinpoint key issues. Bee.Vision contains several functionalities that makes analysis easy and efficient. For example :
- Define tailored groups of customers that you want to track and analyze (for example, dissatisfied customers on speed delivery, product quality and price perception).
- Get immediate view on what these customers think and perceive.
- Benchmark performances between several customer groups or between internal responsibilities.
- Import data from other sources (other surveys, company financial database,...) in order to establish correlation between what you already know and control with what customers think (for example, analyze the relationship between the company performance (growth, profitability) and customer satisfaction and perception).
- Explain satisfaction mechanism for a population and make a model out of it.
- Simulate impact of what if scenarios.
