QUALITY OF DATA
The quality of data is a non negotiable objective for any surveys and in particular for running Mbee.M Corporate Performance system. You never have a second chance : poor data can never be recovered.
Quality of data is a phase on its own in Mbee.M projects and is managed through 3 tools :
- Communication Plan
- Designing a Communication Plan is one of the key success factor of measurements.
- Too often, surveys are launched too early and too fast, without considering issues such as :
- How to inform and motivate internally to the project ?
- How to get the less unbiased data when surveys are done on paper, by phone, through internet or face to face ?
- How to motivate people to respond fully and seriously ?
- How to deliver value back to these people in exchange of their time ?
- Mbee.M Caller team
- Mbee.M has organized and trained a team of callers exclusively for phone surveys (which offer today the best ratio Value / Service / Cost to collect in customer satisfaction depth data. Customers answers and comments are captured directly on Mbee.M system. Mbee.M Caller team handles qualitative field (up to 2’000 surveys and in 5 languages).
- When larger Field capabilities are required, external Field partner is recruited and works under the Mbee.M quality standards.
- Mbee.M Management Tool
- For any survey support (except for paper questionnaire), the Mbee.M Management Tool allows Mbee.M Clients to monitor real time Field activities and access to individual responses (in respect with confidentiality engagement) or to real time on line reports.
- Alert system can also be set up to inform instantly during the field operation staff so they can immediately undertake corrective actions.
